Birds of a Feather {CSI Case File No. 173}

We've just opened a fun new Case File at CSI: Color, Stories, Inspiration.

I made another page for Tracee and Debbi's Epic Adventure. Clues I used...Evidence: checker, grid, flowers, leaves, wet medium, animals, enamel dots, labels, slant something, pocket. Testimony: Inspiration Words: ideas, foolish.

Here are some details: The cute flamingo is a Silhouette cut file. The pink papers I used are ancient with a capital A. I added a chevron bag as my pocket clue. Those pink letters are Heidi Swap--also ancient. The leafy bit is a Cheery Lynn diecut.

In case you don't know, the journaling is a take off from the lyrics of "Dynamite," the part that says "I throw my hands up in the air sometimes, Saying AYO! Gotta let go!" I have had that song stuck in my head now for 3 days. Here's the video so you can have the song in your head too!

I mixed some pink and white acrylic paint with texture paste and used a Prima stencil for the background. That flower is by Recollections, and the label is seriously old, by Fontwerks. The red, teal, and light green papers are all by My Mind's Eye.

I hope you'll come play with us! Come see what the rest of the team and guest designers made here. Plus, we've got prizes from sponsors to win! Here are our sponsors this month:
